Sauvignon Blanc
Medium-bodied with soft, balanced acidity and a lingering finish of rich tropical fruit. The wine opens with aromas of pineapple, white flowers, citrus and passion fruit. On the palate, it reveals fresh minerality, roasted almond notes and hints of fresh jalapeño. Stainless steel aging preserves freshness while acacia wood and French oak contribute subtle floral complexity and refined mid-palate richness.

California’s Central Coast is one of the state’s most diverse winegrowing regions, stretching from the San Francisco Bay Area south through San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Throughout the region, the Pacific Ocean plays a defining role, with cool marine air and coastal fog moderating California’s abundant sunshine and creating distinctive growing conditions from coast to inland valleys. From cool coastal sites to the warmer hills of Paso Robles, this interplay of ocean, climate and geography gives the region its remarkable diversity and distinctive sense of place.
Born in Toulouse, France, Vincent claims his love for wine began at the ripe age of “about 2.” Over the course of over 20 years making wine across France, South Africa and California, he has worked with a broad range of grape varietals, vineyards and climates.
Vincent is an expert in the art of tasting and blending, seeking to protect, express and enhance the quality of the fruit harvested from California’s Central Coast, including Paso Robles.
